Delicious! Very clear steps. I left it longer in the oven to make the top crispier. Also added mushrooms. Recommend.

Was really good and cheesy!!! Everybody is telling the truth about not tasting the cauliflower if you follow the recipe.(But that is just how we like it, lots of cheese)

Very tasty. instead of roasting the cauliflower, i boiled it for about 10 mins and then did the remaining steps. I'll definitely make it again.

Turned out really tasty. Like many have said, this is pkenty of cheese. My head of cauliflower was only 1 1/2 lbs, so I halved everything but it still came out a little runny. Next time I will use full cauliflower but still 1/2 the cheese. Overall two thumbs up!,

Delicious, a must try. I added additional cheese than what the recipe called for.

Not a bad recipe to play around with. Found it a little bland, personally, despite throwing in a little cayenne pepper. Cheese sauce was fantastic though, so we'll definitely circle back around to this one again!

The cheese was waaaay over powering and the cauliflower got lost. I will make this again will only make half of the cheese

Way too much cheese; double the cauliflower or cut the cheese in half, but it was delicious. I added nutritional yeast to mine as well.

This wasn't fully what I was hoping for...next time I might try cooking the cauliflower less, if at all (?) before putting it in the oven; I think a lot more texture would be nice. I added in spinach and sausage, too, which I think were good additions.
