    Awesome! Didn't have corn. Omitted the tomato and replaced with two fried eggs. The chopped basil from my garden was delicious and fragrant.

    We had this for dinner last night. Yummmmmmmm!! The simple combinations of seasoning and ingredients were surprisingly very flavorful and made my mouth very happy! Each seasoning complimented the other. The only thing we did different is roast the freshly-shucked corn kernels in a frying pan. 5 stars for tastiness. 5 stars for healthiness. 5 stars for easiness. That equals 15 stars! :-) We will definitely keep this as one of our top go-to when we want something fabulous and easy. Thank you for this recipe!

    I make avocado toast every morning. Try it with grated avocado pip.I also use Braggs apple cider vinegar, salt and freshly ground black pepper and yes everybody loves it.

    This has been a staple of mine for quite a while, using a good bread toasted, with olive oil, then the avocado, Bragg's apple cider vinegar, tomatoes, salt, pepper, cayenne and maybe sprouts or some greens, if available. Great for a late breakfast with tea.

    Loved it. Didn't grill the corn and it wasn't critical. I will make this with other ingredients but stick with the avacado and tomatoe. Have never thought of it on toast.
