Had to start low carbing due to a rise in blood glucose. These were great!

They were very good and easy to make

The taste and texture was pretty good. But I have no idea how this could possibly be 12 servings even if you’re giving one pancake to each person I only got maybe seven or eight out of it and mine are typical smaller size pancakes if someone else has any opinion on that please submit

Not my favorite. They fell apart and stuck to the pan. They tasted just like scrambled eggs which are less carbs and better anyway

Made these pancakes this past weekend and absolutely LOVED them! They tasted better than traditional pancakes, cooked perfectly in my non stick skillet, and were very easy to make! Now finally I can enjoy a pancake and bacon breakfast on a Sunday morning again! Excellent recipe!

Not too bad... getting adjusted to a diabetic diet. Will possibly try it again
Hey there! 15 Apr 2017
Horrible! The pancakes stuck to my cast iron skillet and i even added almond milk to add a little more consistency. i didn't even get to taste them since they never got out of the pan.

These are delicious!! My 3 year old Granddaughters even asked for seconds!! Will definitely make again
Hi, Vicky! 28 Feb 2017
Honestly these were the worst pancakes I've ever had, if you can call them pancakes at all. The texture was like wet sand and there was no flavor at all despite the fact that I added vanilla and stevia. I had to drown these in raspberry jam to even begin to THINK about choking them down, which defeated the purpose of them being low carb in the first place. Biggest let down ever.

My picky teen daughter actually requested that I make these again. I added cinnamon, doubled the ricotta and thinned with milk and sunflower oil.

Added vanilla extract and Xylitol for a sweeter alternative. Delicious with Marscapone cheese and blueberry compote.
