    It turned out tasty. A good idea to have a very vegetable-rich meal. The four servings was just enough for my brother and I, so maybe it is good to cook more if necessary.

    Absolutely delicious! I added feta on top for an extra cheesy twist, with the toasted almonds in the oven, makes a great veggie lunch.
