This was a really good smoothie, but I don’t see how it can be 100 calories when just one banana is 105 calories and it calls for a banana and a half? Obviously, it is still a healthy and delicious choice but I was just wondering if there was an issue with the nutrition part? Xoxo

This is my “GO TO BREAKFAST” I love it and the flax seed gives it that extra kick
