    I didn't have cashews on hand so I doubled the almonds. I used half the amount of water and it was becoming liquidy so I added in 1/2 cup of almond flour, some more strawberries and a scoop of chia seeds. Make sure not to blend the almonds too much, and if you add the flour and it's still not to the thickness of forming into balls you can still freeze them and make frozen cookies!
