  • 1 pound boneless sirloin steak (cut into bite-size pieces)

    Directions

    1. Heat olive oil in 12-inch skillet and brown steak over medium-high heat. Remove steak and set aside.
    2. Add onion to same skillet and cook, stirring occasionally, until onion is tender. about 4 minutes. Stir in Pasta Sauce, then peas and carrots. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring occasionally, 2 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Return steak to skillet; stir. Dollop with potatoes, then simmer covered 2 minutes or until heated through.
