  • 2 tablespoons reduced sodium soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 pound pork tenderloin (cut into thin strips)
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons promise buttery spread
  • 8 ounces cremini mushrooms (or white mushrooms, sliced)
  • 1 sweet onion (large, cut into thin wedges)
  • 1/8 strip carrots

    Directions

    1. In medium bowl, blend soy sauce, garlic, brown sugar and ginger. Add pork; toss to coat.
    2. In 12-inch nonstick skillet, melt 2 tablespoons Promise® Buttery Spread over medium-high heat and cook mushrooms, carrots and onion, stirring occasionally, 8 minutes or until crisp-tender. Remove vegetables to serving platter.
    3. In same skillet, melt remaining tablespoon Spread over high heat and cook pork, stirring frequently, 4 minutes or until done. Arrange on vegetables. Garnish, if desired, with chopped fresh cilantro or green onions.
