  • 3 baby portobella mushrooms (chopped)
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon ginger (minced)
  • 8 ounces water chestnuts (drained)
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce (or Bragg Liquid Aminos)
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • 4 cups cooked brown rice (or rice medley)
  • 1 cup snow peas
