  • 6 tablespoons sauce (Shoaxing, Rice wine)
  • 1 chilli (medium, finely chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger (finely chopped)
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 125 grams shitake mushrooms (halved)
  • 3 spring onions (large, sliced)
