  • 2 ribeye steaks (Organic)
  • 2 sprigs fresh rosemary
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • boars
  • mozzarella
  • marinara (Raos, or use your favorite)
  • peppadew peppers
  • 1 dash worcestershire
  • 1 teaspoon season salt (Lawrys)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt (& Pepper)
  • Remove All from Shopping List

    Directions

    1. Allow your steaks to sit for at least 30 minutes on the counter top to bring to room temperature.
    2. Then season your steaks on all sides with your lawrys season salt, garlic powder, and salt & pepper.
    3. I like to throw a quick dash of worcestershire in a few spots on both sides of the steaks.
