  • 1 brown onion (large, diced)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 4 sprigs thyme leaves (only)
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

    Really good flavor, but I would have baked them instead of frying them.

    Delicious, I added some feta to the mixture, served with hommous and salad inside pitta breads. My 2 year old son thought they were delicious too
