  • 1 handful fresh coriander (cilantro leaves)
  • 2 garlic cloves (peeled & thinly sliced)
  • 2 teaspoons fresh ginger (grated)
  • 2 red chilies (dried or fresh, chopped, and de-seeded if you prefer less heat)
  • 1/2 lime (or lemon)
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon Himalayan salt (rock/)
  • 1 teaspoon kaffir lime leaves (chopped – optional)

    I couldn't find keffir lime leaves, but the meatballs were still delicious.
