I've made this twice now and have not been able to get it to look anything like the picture, but the taste has been great so it hasn't mattered. I left out the lemon because of an allergy therefore I don't know how that would effect the final taste.

This recipe was so simple and delicious. I wasnt sure how much the recipe would yield. I used more spinach (3/4 to 1 cup Spinach) and then added a bit of almond milk to the sauce to thin it out. Turned out perfectly

OMG This has to be the best pasta that I have tasted. I added a few chilli flakes as suggested and it was spot on. The avocado made it so creamy without that too rich taste that cream normally presents.

Turned out amazing, I decided to go against using garlic and would only recommend using it if you are going to use it raw, when cooking the garlic first it creates this after taste that isn’t the best

I used a mortar and pestal to blend everything. Turned out pretty good and creamy. It just needed extra salt.

I had trouble getting this to blend into a creamy consistency (maybe I was doing something wrong) I had to add some water to help my blender out, it’s not a great recipe and I probably won’t make it again

Used basil instead of spinach with green chilli, pea pasta served with sliced tomatoes and olives with a little extra basil on top. Absolutely delicious.

It was fantastic! So quick and easy to make. Made lunch for my sister and I and we both loved it! I will make the paste again and try it spread on olive ciabatta bread then place it under the grill for a few minutes. So delicious!!!

I added some fried veg to go with it and bulk out the dish and chilli flakes to give some depth to the flavour.
