Initially I thought that the sauce wouldn't be enough for the whole pasta, but I was quickly proven wrong. Spreads out very well and evenly and gives it a nice creamy texture. Super easy to do and highly recommended!

I really wasn’t expecting this to be as good as the reviews stated, but it was SO good. Very happy and I will absolutely be making it again.

Definitely needs a mixer which we didn't have

Delicious!!! I added the red chillies which gave it a good kick. I’m not usually a fan of avocado but I will definitely make this again! 😁😁

Was very nice, we ended up doubling up the sauce to make it more creamy and flavoursome

Don’t have a blender so have to remove the spinach and add some milk but the recipe still works great mashing instead, definitely my favourite pasta

Yum! In regular rotation. Even freezes well, just thaw container in hot water.

This is a lovely vegan, quick and tasty meal. I jazzed mine up with some chilli-flakes and also added some broccoli for added goodness. Thank you for this - I will certainly make this again.

This is one of those dishes the next time you come to make it you will change the recipe to your taste ... but the original is still 10/10

This was a good dish. Definitely added my own flair to this because the original recipe was a bit bland
    CraftyHomeChef 2 years ago
Ok… was bland and definitely needs more seasoning. Only good thing is that it’s quick to make

This was fine! Be sure to season well with lemon and salt. I served with sunflower seeds and Parmesan cheese. Next time, I’ll add lemon zest and maybe some red pepper flakes and/or nutritional yeast—the seasoning definitely needs to be punched up.

I've made this twice now and have not been able to get it to look anything like the picture, but the taste has been great so it hasn't mattered. I left out the lemon because of an allergy therefore I don't know how that would effect the final taste.

This recipe was so simple and delicious. I wasnt sure how much the recipe would yield. I used more spinach (3/4 to 1 cup Spinach) and then added a bit of almond milk to the sauce to thin it out. Turned out perfectly

The lemon was a little strong but it wasn’t bad

Was fine, flavour not particularly strong. Easy to make but if I wanted to have again, I would probably try a different recipe

OMG This has to be the best pasta that I have tasted. I added a few chilli flakes as suggested and it was spot on. The avocado made it so creamy without that too rich taste that cream normally presents.

Quick and healthy. I made a large batch of the sauce so have frozen individual portions in the freezer for a later date

Nope. Just nope. Somehow it turned out bitter, don't know where it all went wrong...
