    Directions

    1. Peel the prawns and with a sharp knife, score the flesh horizontally on both sides for them to remain flat.
    2. Mince the garlic finely.
    3. Sprinkle the sesame oil over the prawns, add the minced garlic and coat well. Add beaten egg white and coat.
