    Turned out awesome, I did slightly modify it by adding more veggies and changing the water for vegetable broth but awesome, really.

    I used this recipe to make my first ever ramen meal and I'm a terrible cook but it came out amazing!!! :D

    Great recipe to use as a base suggestion, but make it your own with whatever ingredients you like. I omitted the star anise because I didn't know what that was and I couldn't find it at a store. I could not find miso paste either, so I substituted some instant miso soup packets into the broth. I also added soy sauce and sesame seeds for salt and extra flavor. I added an egg at the end, as well. Tofu is not the star of this dish and next time I make this, I'll probably just leave it out. The broth is great though-will definitely make again!
