- Remove skin from chicken. Place butter in large skillet and melt. Add all spices and fry for 2 minutes. Add chicken to butter mixture; sprinkle to taste with salt and pepper.
- Cover and simmer, stirring occasionally and turning chicken twice. Chicken is done when it appears tender and well browned (20-25 minutes). Place chicken and remaining mixture in large baking pan and pour milk over all. Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes.
