  • barbecue seasoning (your choice, I used Buzz Rubb, which includes brown sugar)
  • kosher salt (or sea salt)
  • 2 teaspoons barbecue sauce
  • 1 teaspoon hoisin sauce
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1/2 lemon (zested)
  • 2 lemon wedges

    Directions

    1. Place the salmon fillets on a greased, foil-lined baking sheet.
    2. Rub the top of the salmon with the barbecue seasoning. Let sit for 10 minutes while you preheat the broiler.
    3. Place the baking sheet 4" - 6" from the heating element and broil for 6 - 8 minutes, until cooked through.
