    Quite boring. I adapted heavily by roasting 750 grams cherry tomatoes in the oven for an a hour with garlic, rosemary and thyme. Also there wasn't enough protein, so I added 240 g pinto beans, and sweet red pointy pepper, 2 shallots, red onion, and used variety of toadstools instead of mushrooms. Made it with green pea fusilli.

    Turned out amazing! My fiancé & I loved the flavors. I used different shells than penne & added spinach stuffed chicken as well. Was perfect and even have leftovers!

    Delicious, easy, and vegan! I was prepared to add parmesan, but there was no need--the miso satisfied all my umami needs. Will definitely remake.

    I think this recipe was really good, I did modify it a little bit while adding a all purpose seasoning. Yes, I would love to do it again. By the way, I'm only 15, so this dish didn't really come off the top :)
