    Fantastic I added 1/4 cup of barley wheat to soak up some of the excess juices as I cooked it in a one pot pressure cooker for 15 minutes. There is o evaporation of water as it’s in a sealed container. Made with all veg from the allotment. Used courgette rather than cabbage as the cabbage wasn’t ready for harvesting yet Tastes amazing Thanks for the recipe

    really nice and tasty, mixed it up slightly by adding some paella rice and increased the vegetable quantity to take out the cabbage to give it more of an authentic Spainsh feel. was nice stimmered it for a bit longer then the recipe which thickened the soup up too.
