    So delicious & decadent! The trick here is to not overcook the Flan as that would be the reason if it tastes eggy. Definitely better to chill overnight as the Caramel Sauce soaks nicely. Love this recipe! One thing is that the Author forgot to mention at what heat it should be cooked - I did 165° Celsius for 60 minutes using small ramekins & it came out perfectly 👌
