    Delicious I would be making it again!

    The first time I made it, it tasted nice, but the sauce dried up pretty quickly. I think I didn’t leave enough water in my pasta. The second time, I’ve got some cubes of smoked pancetta and some real pecorino from an Italian shop. The pancetta released more grease and I left a bit more water in and wow! Soooo creamy and delicious!
