  • 1/4 cup green onion (chopped, + 1/4 cup chopped green onion, garnish, optional)
  • 3 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)

  • 1 ham hock
  • andouille sausage
  • 1/2 Tbsp. cayenne pepper
