  • 1 mango (small, peeled and chopped)
  • 1/8 strip jicama
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice (divided)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • 8 ounces tilapia fillet
  • 1 clove garlic (finely chopped)
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 4 corn tortillas (warmed)

    Directions

    1. Toss mango, jicama, 1 tablespoon lime juice and 1 tablespoon cilantro in medium bowl; set aside.
    2. Season cod with remaining 1 tablespoon lime juice, chili powder and garlic. Melt Promise® Buttery Spread in 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat and cook cod, stirring occasionally, 4 minutes or until cod flakes with a fork.
    3. Spoon cod into tortillas, then sprinkle with remaining cilantro. Serve with jicama-mango salad.
