  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon agave nectar
  • 1 clove garlic (finely chopped)
  • 3/4 teaspoon ginger (dried)
  • 6 ounces snow peas (trimmed and sliced on the diagonal into 3 to 4 pieces, 1½ cups)
