I’m not a fan of the Gorgonzola When it calls for hot sauce that kind of leaves it up to interpretation. I went ahead and used red pepper flakes. Everything was fine I was able to make it in one pot by getting a little creative with cooking order. I have a picky eater who only wanted sausage and noodles so I set aside some pasta and sausage before mixing everything together. Next time I will try a different cheese.

Good. I have super picky kids so I made mine with cheese tortellini, alfredo sauce, brocolli, and sausage.
