    Turned out moist and tender. Preparation altered slight to what we had in pantry. No fresh herbs/spices so used dry decreasing by 50% and grinding rosemary. No onion powder so quartered fresh onion and placed in and around bird while cooking. Discarded the cooked onion before serving. No chicken both so used turkey broth. Replaced butter with duck renderings. Rubbed inside of crock with olive oil instead of cooking spray Cooked per instructions on low for 4:30. Temperature check was 162 degrees. Everyone happy!
