    Fantastic ! I've cooked this a few times now and it has wowed the dinner party each time. Cooked in the Aga for 12 hours in the Simmering oven, the meat is soooooo tender. Served with honey roasted Carrots and Kale for some colour. Really easy to cook too.

    I made exactly to the recipe and it was amazing! Will definitely make again :) So much flavour and quite easy really.

    Lush wouldn't change a thing. I left carrots out as son hates them but this recipe is super flexible.
