    We enjoyed the pork loin very much. I did modify the cook time to 4 1/2 hours as recommended. The pork was very tender and tasty.

    This was soo yummy! I changed the recipe a little and used brown sugar instead of honey and also made a cranberry sauce to pour on top before serving. 1 can of cranberry sauce, 3/4 cup of chicken broth, teaspoon butter, 1/4 cup diced onion 1 teaspoon of balsamic vinegar. cook onion in butter until soft, add other ingredients and simmer 20 mins. if want thicker sauce add a little corn starch.
