SO TASTY! I used rosemary and sage as I didn’t have any thyme, and added lots of cornflour at the end to thicken it up. Definitely making this one again 😀

Was really yummy! Made it in a pressure cooker rather than a slow cooker and worked really well still. Added some corn flour as suggested in other comments which helped.

this was so yummy and really easy to make. the pork was falling apart. i used half the amount of thyme and two tablespoons would of been way too much. also as other people have said, it does need corn flower in it to thicken it up. i served ours with mash made up of potatoes and parsnips with butter, black pepper, salt and a little milk. sorry for the picture, it was that nice i had eaten half of it before i remembered to take the pic. give it a go, you won't be disappointed

This was ok, but the pork ended up dry, As per other reviews I also had to thicken with cornflour. I found thyme quantity too much.

Made this and thickened with thickening granules. Easy and popular with mash and green beans. One to make again.

was really nice and comforting meal so good with Mashed potatoes did thicken the juice with cornflour to make a thicker gravy and Added some caramelized apple rings

The sauce was very watery so I added cornflower an hour before serving. I also added a spoonful of apple chutney....yum!

So good. The pork really took on the apple flavour. If I’d have had any cornflour in I think I’d have made a gravy out of the stock left as o was a bit watery. Went great with mashed spuds!

A very wholesome easy to prepare family meal. I added a tub of sour cream at the end which added to the taste perfectly.
