This was delicious but a tad too sweet for me so I might reduce the amount of orange juice in it next time I make it.

This was delicious! I cooked mine on low in the slow cooker, but it was perfectly done within only 6 hours. I failed to get mint leaves and ended using a squirt of Torani’s peppermint syrup ( for coffees) out of desperation. Cooked 3.5 Lb shoulder roast and while there was not enough for seconds (haha), it served 5 people. Will definitely cook this again. It’s earned it’s place on my husband’s top two list!

This was delicious on its own or in a Cubano sandwich. I didn’t make any substitutions except a little additional salt and the flavours were excellent. I will make it again

Love this dish. It is a great base for other dishes, as well. I used to make homemade pressed Cuban sandwiches ( just put ham, pork, Swiss, pickles, mustard and Mayo on Cuban bread… then put in skillet and press a smaller skillet on top and flip a couple of times) , soft tacos with coleslaw topping and the mojo sauce, and ate just the pork with red beans and rice.

This recipe is absolutely fabulous! Had it with a corn and black bean salad, on tacos and to make Cuban sandwiches. The flavors were spot on. I have already made twice and will definitely make again!

Was very tasty. Did have to add additional spices/liquid, as I opted to cook it in the pressure cooker rather than the slow cooker.
I used some for tacos and some was enjoyed over rice with black beans.
Will make again

Soooo delicious and the leftovers made the most amazing grilled sandwiches (with mustard, mayo, pickles, cheese and ham)-out of this world!
