    I made this using a large joint for 5 people. The joint was in the slow cooker for the recommended time + however, it was still uncooked once it came to getting it out. I recommend putting the slow cooker on high rather than low and leaving it a couple of hours longer, that way it will be super easy to pull apart and absorbs even more juices! Apart from that it was delicious! Definitely making this again :)
