  • 4 eggs
  • 1 onion (tub Tesco Healthy Living, and chive flavour cottage cheese)
  • 60 grams cheese (red leicester, I used 2 HEA as I knew it would be 2 days lunches for me – you can use more, less or none at all)
  • potato (Cooked, I cooked an extra jacket potato and just chopped that up)
  • ham (I used Tesco tinned ham, again as I had this in and the one I had was syn free)
