  • 1 pound potatoes (peeled and cubed)
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 2/3 cups chicken stock (made with 2 stock cubes)
  • 1 sprig fresh rosemary
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 pound frozen vegetables (mixed, peas, corn, carrots etc)
  • 1 tablespoon cornflour (diluted in 1 tbsp cold water, to thicken stew)
