  • 1 container part-skim ricotta cheese (15 oz., or lowfat cottage cheese)
  • 2 cups part-skim mozzarella cheese (shredded, about 8 oz.)
  • 1 eggs (slightly beaten, or 1/4 cup egg substitute)
  • 4 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley leaves (dried, crushed)
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 jar (1 lb. 8 oz.) Ragu® Old World Style® Pasta Sauce OR Ragu® Light Pasta Sauce (1 lb. 8 oz., or Ragu® Light Pasta Sauce)
  • 12 lasagna noodles (cooked, drained and cooled)

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 375°. In large bowl, combine ricotta cheese, 1-1/2 cups mozzarella cheese, egg, 3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, parsley and garlic powder; set aside.
    2. Meanwhile, in 13 x 9-inch baking dish, evenly spread 1/4 cup Pasta Sauce. Arrange 3 lasagna noodles, lengthwise over sauce. Spread 1/3 of the ricotta mixture over noodles; repeat layers, ending with noodles. Top with remaining sauce. Cover with aluminum foil and bake 45 minutes. Remove foil and sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese and 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese. Continue baking 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
