Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°. In large bowl, combine ricotta cheese, 1-1/2 cups mozzarella cheese, egg, 3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, parsley and garlic powder; set aside.
- Meanwhile, in 13 x 9-inch baking dish, evenly spread 1/4 cup Pasta Sauce. Arrange 3 lasagna noodles, lengthwise over sauce. Spread 1/3 of the ricotta mixture over noodles; repeat layers, ending with noodles. Top with remaining sauce. Cover with aluminum foil and bake 45 minutes. Remove foil and sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese and 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese. Continue baking 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
