  • 3/4 cup light brown sugar
  • 1 1/4 cups unsweetened apple juice
  • 1 teaspoon cajun seasoning (Slap Ya Mama Original)
  • 3 zucchini (.cups, 2 medium, coarsely grated.)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (freshly)
  • 1 egg
  • 4 green onions (thinly sliced)
  • 1/4 cup red bell pepper (finely chopped)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons cajun seasoning (Slap Ya Mama Original)
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • sauce (Slap Ya Mama, see recipe below)
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 tablespoon prepared horseradish (or to taste)

    Excellent however I used apple cider vinegar in replace of apple juice and the cooking time was not accurate crafter 4 hours at 200 degrees roast was still tough so I raised temp to 400 and cooked zucchini patties in oven with meat and the toast came out perfect The best zucchini patties ever but again I had no zucchini do I substituted yellow squash l a 10 fingers up for this recipe
