    Wonderful! I didn't use the skinny version of anything, but I'm sure it would be delicious that way too. I used lots of my favorite seasonings on the onion, mushroom, and chicken sauté.

    added some flavour (mustard powder, paprika and garlic) as there i sno flavour. added a salad on the side as not enough veggies, also not enough carbs, so next tim eprobably whoel grain slice. left out mayo and used slankie rasped cheese on top. not bad, but needs abit more tweeking.

    really good. secone time making it snd this time i actually had all the ingredients this time. honestly it takes so long for me to mkae but im guessing when i get used to it, itll be easier. its so good itll have to get easier, cuz ill definitely be making it again!

    Tasted bland at the end. Definitely could use fresh garlic added when you're cooking the veggies. I added garlic powder at the end. I also used 1 cup of milk.

    super yummy, although it's a little too creamy for me. Next time I'll add more of the vegetables. Modifications: I used leftover turkey, roasted the broccoli instead of steaming, added paprika, and doubled the mayo when I found out that I was out of yogurt.

    I think a very good casserole over all. I did add some red pepper while I was cooking the broccoli 🥦, about an 8th teaspoon. And also I did add about twice as much Mexican cheese mix on the top which added crispiness. Also, instead of the milk I put in 1 cup of half-and-half and then added half a cup of water- hey that’s what I had around .. oh also I cut up large portobello mushroom instead and cut that into smaller chunks and use that instead of the small sliced mushrooms idea.

    The casserole was a hit at dinner. Turned out perfect, I didn't go with much cheese and it was a-ok.
