Pretty easy to make and very tasty I must say. I avoided the star anise, find it way too overpowering.

Great recipe. Easy and quick to make. Made a non-spicy version with red pepper, also really nice.

Best fried rice I have ever made. I left out the star anis and may have added more chilli than most people are comfortable with, but it was totally yum.
