Easy to make batter. Managed to squeeze out four with our waffle pan, making it a good mix for snack time.

Very simple and easy waffle mix with uniform results over several batches. The batch size makes approx 5 waffles (15x15cm.). These are crispy straight from the iron but soon soften up. I rated 4 out of 5 stars as they do not keep as well as other recipes I have tried. However the lower fat content which aids in them going stale more quickly also makes them slightly healthier.
