  • 120 milliliters fresh lime juice (juice of approx. 3-4 limes)
  • 370 milliliters coconut water
  • 4 spring onions (finely sliced)
  • 2 tablespoons coriander leaves (each of finely chopped, and mint leaves, plus extra for garnish)
  • 2 red chilli (small, seeds removed and finely sliced)
