    It is very quick and easy - certainly a good way to use up your excess cauliflower, potatoes, and celery. Depending on your preferred flavor palette and current mood, this can be either very good or slightly bland. A little bit of nutmeg (ground) helps. But overall a good soup, especially for winter. : )
