    This was really good and easy! Served it over penne. I did sauté the fresh garlic before I added the other ingredients. Added some extra garlic and Italian seasoning. Used my immersion blender in the saucepan to make it smooth. Used 1 tsp. red pepper and it wasn’t too spicy according to my husband and daughter. (I added a little extra pepper to mine!) I love that there’s no sugar in it! Great weeknight dinner.
