  • 1 pound shrimp (cleaned and shells removed)
  • 10 strips turkey bacon
  • 1 tablespoon lemon pepper seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons cayenne pepper
  • 1 stick butter

    Directions

    1. Season shrimp with garlic, lemon pepper, pepper and salt
    2. Wrap each shrimp in bacon and place on skewer (I recommend 5 shrimp per skewer)
    3. Place skewers on griddle, grill or skillet for 2-3 minutes per side
    4. Meanwhile in a small pot melt butter and add cayenne pepper (alter amount depending on spice desires)
    5. When shrimp are cooked generously pour butter sauce over skewers and serve
