Easy, delicious and healthy. I personally still prefer the pan eared honey garlic salmon but this is a serious contender.

Lots of great flavor and a little bit of heat. Roasted squash with the salmon and peppers, and served with roasted potatoes. Would do again!

It turned out great! I cooked the veggies separately and added kernel corn to the mix. I will certainly make this dish again.

I did not have an oven so I pan fried the salmon instead. As well as the other ingredients separately. I made quinoa to go together with the dish. My bf loves it. He said he could eat it over and over again.

I wasn’t sure whether to use the low or high broiler setting on my oven. I opted for low and after 13 mins nothing on my tray was charring at all. I turned it up to high and put in for another 6 mins and still no charring but my fish was starting to look dry so I took it out. The fish was very low on flavor other the normal salmon flavor which luckily I enjoy. The veggies on the other hand had def soaked up the juices on the marinade and were quite tasty! I do wish the fish had taken on more of the marinade flavor. I served over rice and it made a tasty meal.

Delicious, very colourful especially with Butternut Squash mash
Made it several times,kept to specified ingredients
