Fantastic! Cooked in my cuisinart convection oven, next time I will try steam bake. Nice recipe allows serving size which is ideal since just me, I don’t mind left overs once in awhile.

Turned out delicious

The flavor was good. Asparagus was a bit overdone. Easy. Pork chops were a little dry. Maybe decrease their cook time a bit.

thr texture was right, it was juicy, it was cooked correctly, but it didn't quite appeal to me. Might recommend, but it's a bit bland.

This was very easy to make and one pan for clean up was what caught my attention. This is going into my permanent collection for a quick dinner for friends and family

This was so delicious! I added green beans to the mix and included old bay and garlic with the panko-Parmesan mix. The pork chops stayed tender and the cheesy crust that developed on everything was so good! Will definitely be making this again!

im older and still working so I seek out fast easy food. I was able to pick up prepared potatoes and aspergus from my local grocery! Bought 2in pork steaks from sams and cut in half. cut the recipe for 2. and it was fabulous! My husband who is 80 and has a hard time chewing meat ate all!! love this recipe will try with other veggie and meats!

This was the worst recipe ever, please do not waste you money or time making this. The pork chops do not require the time listed, were dry, plus, the coating was completely soggy, had to remove it. If I could have given it zero stars, would have done so.

Made this and it was a success! Husband and kids loved it. Will be making it again. Thank you!

Well... I changed the meat to chicken, no bread crumbs and the potatoes were regular baby potatoes. :) :D

Very Good I used jiffy cornmeal instead didn’t have breadcrumbs. Very convenient all in one pan (cookie sheet) and my kids loved it, no complaints just tucked right in.😁🎉

Pork was a little dry, but very filling and flavorful!

This was tasty. The only thing wrong with it was my Parmesan wasn’t finely grated. Other than that, it turned out good.

Turned out great very yummy

The pork chops were good, but the potatoes were a little undercooked and the asparagus a little over cooked.

I substituted Panko breadcrumbs for Italian... it was delicious!

the breading was mushy on the pork chops. the vegetables turned out great, though. the flavor was nice.

Vicki D. 8 May
the pork chops were a little overcooked but it was good. i will probably not add the pork chops with the potatoes next time.

I make this all the time. It's great

Very good!!!! Use fresh Parmesan and don’t over fill the pan. Keep pork chops separated so Parmesan melts to the sides. Great meal will make again for sure

Fine and we liked it

I didnt follow the receipe to the letter and followed the advice of another reviewer. Baked the potatos while I prepped the chops-I can't imagine doing it another way. Every aspect of the meal came out amazing. My father-in-law raved about it, calling it 'gourmet'. He's always a tough critic and getting that compliment from him just solidifies how great this meal is!

The pork and asparagus were delicious. The potatoes needed a little more time. The second time I made this, I put them in the oven by themselves an extra 10 minutes while preparing the pork and they turned out a lot better. Overall this is a great recipe, the only tweak needed is the cooking time.

You know, it is actually Very Good and would have it again an again!! A Super Food for you, low calorie and VERY Delicious! Spice it up with your favorite hot sauce! One of my Favorite YUMS!

The pork chops had a good flavor, but even though we followed the directions of 1/2 inch thick and 1 pound we thought they were a little dry. We plan to coat both sides of the pork chop next time to see if that helps. The potatoes needed salt for sure and adding some of the parmesan panko would probably be good. We will season the potatoes next time. We substituted green beans for asparagus and liked that. I will update my review once we cook it again with the above changes.
