great. very rich with taste. will definitely make it again

Had to add quite a few pinches of sugar to reduce the acidity of the tomato sauce. The cumin was too dominant which made the dish taste a little bit too basic, probably needed more variety in seasoning.

So good! Next time I need to take the eggs off earlier so they are still runny. i added jalapenos to the garlic and onion mixture to up the spice factor!!
Very good and quite easy to make 👍

I only made 1 serving and it didnt turn out well. The texture and taste was okay but, even with oil and everything it burned really easily

I loved it. Shakshouka is a great place to dice and use the last bits if all the veggies in the house - onions, zucchini, mushrooms, eggplant - just saute it all and add the sauce and spices. I use the Syrian Spice mix from Nuts.com.

Outstanding!!! Perfect for brunch, especially for your vegetarian guests.
This was wonderful! I added tons more garlic, and I diced up some cauliflower to saute up with the onions. I also used up the last of my fresh tomatoes with the diced canned. After cracking my eggs I shredded a mix of pepper jack and sharp cheddar on top, let it cook for a few and hit it with the broiler to finish that cheese and the eggs. I will definitely be adding this recipe to my semi-regular meals. Turkey bacon would be good with this...

Very tasty recipe although the timings did not quite work out for me. Yolks came out solid despite only leaving them on the fire for 5 minutes instead of the prescribed 10-15

Great recipe! Added a few more veggies from the garden and feta.

Good, if a little acidic. I'd like to work the sauce into a richer (not sweeter) state. But made it a dozen times now :)

The most gratifying meal I've ever made with cupboard remnants! Easy, quick and VERY tasty. (I had sweet potato on the side and added some cannelloni beans).

Absolutely DELICIOUS!! No modifications needed, followed the recipe explicitly. Make sure to cover the pan.

I just got back from Israel about two weeks ago, and I have been experimenting with loads of different spices that I bought along with some dished I found there. I followed this recipe other than I used 3/4 of a large can of tomato sauce instead of tomato paste so it would go further in my pan. I also added jalapeños and some schug seasoning...oh and I used a little bit of raw honey like 1/2 Tbsp! So flavorful... I served it with garlic naan...but next time I think I'll do either roasted potatoes or sweet potatoes...LOVE, LOVE, LOVE
