    This is my second time in past 3 months making this. I follow everything exactly but also add grated ginger and crushed garlic to the sauce. Next time I may try with other types of broad noodles.

    i have made this a few times and i cut the tahini in half due to the bitterness...love this!

    So delicious. Double or triple the sauce and it keeps in fridge. super easy quick meal to make the noodles, add sauce and whatever meat, tofu and veggies you have in fridge
