  • 1 pound salmon fillet
  • 1 pound broccoli (cut lengthwise into ½-inch pieces)
  • 3 teaspoons olive oil (divided)
  • 2 lemons
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger (grated)
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 1 lemon
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper

    Directions

    1. Place the Smart Oven+ Grill Attachment in oven. Select GRILL Mode and preheat Grill to High heat setting.
    2. Combine honey, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper in medium bowl.
    3. Place salmon on platter and spoon 2 tablespoons of the Sesame Ginger Sauce over the salmon. In a small saucepan, bring remaining sauce to a simmer and cook 1 minute until it begins to thicken. Remove from heat and set aside. Let salmon marinade while you prepare the broccoli.
