  • 3 bream fillets
  • 2 tablespoons pomegranate seeds (fresh)
  • 1/2 chives (a bunch of, finely chopped)
  • 1/2 lime
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

    Directions

    1. Remove the skin and bones from the sea bream fillets. Cut the fish into small cubes. Add the lemon zest, chives, olive oil and pomegranate. Reserve in the fridge.
    2. Just before serving, add the lemon juice, salt and pepper and mix well. Serve in small glasses or as a starter with toasted baguette slices.
