Great used red peppers instead of sun dried tomato, doubled the Parmesan cheese, added garlic and cracked black pepper.

We put corn, bacon, peas, feta and sundried tomatoes in them with a bit of creamed corn also, they were a great texture, just needed some salt and pepper.

Great recipe! Super easy to make, delicious flavours and perfectly baked. We added some basil to give them more powerful flavour and swapped the feta for goat's cheese with dill. We'll definitely try this again and change up the fillings for variation.

Really good, but missing something to tie it all together? Next time would add dried mixed herbs or spring onion or more cheese! Also, forgot to add salt and pepper, definitely would reccomend!
